Absolutely wonderful place with an amazing owner and employees, always ready to help you, takes care of your car like its their own, and has NEVER ripped me off or tried to sell me something I didnt need like so many others in Martinsburg. Theyre the only place Ill take my car forever. (And the always attentive customer support team of shop cats are the best!!!)

After moving several hours away from my little hick town to Martinsburg and not really having an auto repair facility to go to where I knew everyone there I was told about Cupp's Automotive from an extremely reliable source about this place. Walking in I felt like I knew everyone there and visa versa but I was immediately taken care of. After seeing the equipment and watching the techs getting things done I knew that I found my new home especially with the two gorgeous mascots waiting for me to come in and welcome me. Oh yeah and it's 3 minutes from my home. I'll definitely be dropping my car's off once the weather gets warmer. For oil changes to front end alignments and everything in between. I normally don't post reviews but I felt obligated to tell everyone about this place where you're name and satisfaction is more important than your money. I'm definitely a Cupp's customer from now on.
