Would not recommend this company to anyone. They are not responsive and they lack basic customer service skills- or I guess better put basic human decency ( I know those are some big words) so to break it down further and put it in simple terms doing the right thing. They came out to my mother and father in-laws to fix the central air, and charged them $240 to clean the central air unit. They were told this fixed the issue and surprise surprise it didnt. This could have been simply resolved if anyone would return the multiple phone calls we left asking for resolution, once again lacking basic business etiquette.This poor customer service has left two elderly people with health issues without air WHEN THEY PAID to have it fixed! At this point, it has been over a week and there has been no communication. Our next steps will be to take legal action and report this company to the better business bureau. Whatever you do- even if you are roasting from the heat, call someone else and save yourself from the headache of this low life, trashy so called company.
