I ordered a blanket for a memorial service. I paid $139.03. For that price the blanket is usually displayed on an easel and at the service. The blanket did not make it to the memorial service. It was delivered to their home 3 days after the service. I did not know the blanket did not make it to the service until the family called me three days later to thank me. When I called the floral shop I was told that they did not present it on the easel because it was delivered to the home. ???? She would not refund me nor give me a discounted price. It is a sad day when a business takes advantage of grieving people. I would not recommend this flower shop.

I'm not sure where the previous issues stemmed from but I dealt directly with the owner and she went far beyond my expectations. We had a sudden death in the family, us being in Calif we had no idea who to choose- so I just called until someone answered and I couldn't have been luckier if I wanted! I didn't read reviews because you never know what prompted the negative write ups! She not only talked to me after hours she assured me it would be beautiful! And it was! So if you need to order from out of state- go for it! You shouldn't be disappointed! Thank you Cottage Floral you came through in a rush and we loved it!
