My car began shaking while I was driving home one evening, which freaked me out, especially since I'd bought it less than 6 months earlier. I called P&A Auto, brought my car down to them, and they were absolutely amazing. Within a few hours, they called to let me know the problem was my brakes and within 24 hours, I had new brake pads, rotors, an oil change, and lots of guidance on what to do if this happens again in regards to my warranty. I was so appreciative of the quick turnaround and the overall level of care and service provided. This is the second vehicle I've taken to P&A Auto - the first time, I took an older van with an A/C issue and received exactly the same level of service.
