        I would not recommend this business. I purchased a door and did not receive the correct one. It wasnt installed for several months so I didnt know at the time. They told me the amount would be credited back and left a receipt when they picked it up from my house. They wont honor their return because the box has been opened/damaged, saying its not resell-able. They left me a voicemail after I called several times. It appears they were going to keep the door and not refund my money. Now Im stuck with a very expensive door that cant be used.

        Absolutely the worst customer experience Ive ever had. A representative from Neathawk measured and supposedly ordered doors for my house the second week of November. I spoke with someone every single day starting on December 4 and still as of 12/13 do not have the doors in my possession. Every day I was told it will be tomorrow. I ended up having to cancel the order and get what I needed from another local company.
