Very poor service, still waiting to fix a control arm 7 weeks later, failed to submit photos to my insurance company on time and created an issue with the rental car as a result, we had to pay almost $400 out of pocket, the work order they submitted to the insurance company stated the work should take 3 days definitely find someplace else.
Sigh, it gets even worse, when they returned the truck to me, the work wasnt complete. It was fairly obvious because the truck wouldnt turn in reverse and made a loud grinding noise, returned the truck to them, they said they have to replace the entire axle now.

I have dealt with Colonial collision for several years. My wife's car has been in their shop for a month. The dates for getting it done just kept getting pushed out. I am not so upset at the dates getting pushed knowing how the supply chain is, it's the fact that they do not and did not communicate. Would call and no answer, most times not even going to voice mail. The service there has went to pot. I will not take anything there again.
