        Initially I liked Susie, she was very nice, but it took a month th for her to get my taxes done, then she wouldn't efile, she wanted me to mail them in. I sent them in March 18 and JUST got my refund last week. BUT I would call to check on WHY it hadn't come through and she wouldn't call me back. I FINALLY got through to the IRS myself and the told me my check had been sent on August 1, but if l didn't get it by September 27th th call back. The whole experience was a nightmare.

        didn't get my 2020 tax return until I had a new accountant file it with my 2021. Susie won't answer my calls or explain to me why I never got my refund. The system said it was never filed. My whole experience, unfortunately, has been completely ridiculous and unprofessional and I am very frustrated with the entire ordeal.
