I reached the facility 30 minutes before closing, concerned about a possible chest tear. Unfortunately, the staff appeared indifferent and eager to close. They informed me that there was no tear. However, a later examination by a physician revealed that my pectoral muscle was indeed torn. To add to the frustration, I was charged $165 for a brief visit with incorrect information and a less-than-ideal attitude. I suggest considering UPMC for your medical needs if it's accessible to you.

My daughter had to be seen at the ER. To say I was blown away with how quickly we were seen is an understatement. Every nurse, dr, CNA, tech, front desk and radiology employee we encountered were not only fast but they listened to us and were so very kind. Thank you for providing such a good service to the community.

Ty to both the receptionist and the nurse I spoke to about my granddaughter for being very nice and professional. I understand can't give any suggestions for possible med emergency treatment anymore because of people who has ruined it for others. Med Express was horrible and actually was rude and hung up on me. Ty you girls and guys keep up the professional and Empathy you are giving to those who call in.
