        Went there for 10 sessions bc that’s the only place the VA would refer me to. The Dr. would talk for a minute and lay me on each side, press down once and then send me to a machine that would pull on my lower half of my body for 6 minutes. I requested another chiropractor with the VA bc his practices wasn’t working for me and I just found out today that Dr. Bollinger stated in his notes that I improved drastically and don’t need anymore sessions which was a lie. Dr. Lowman in Keyser is by far the best chiropractor I have ever been to.

        I started with Doc 23 years ago when he opened at the old high school he has saved me from ba k surgery and. Continues to help me work.He and his staff are friendly, a great chiropractor
