Panhandle Tag & Title LLC

I normally dont write reviews but I feel this one is needed Dec/7/24 I went here to tag and title my new vehicle, paid did all the things and left with my temporary tag and registration. My tag expired March/6/24 I assumed 3 months is perfect amount of time to get my real tags and registration in the mail. I called the owner the end of February to see the status bc I still havent received anything. she told me they were processing and Id see them soon. nothing ever came. I called the owner back March/11/24 at 9:17AM and told her I never received them, she told me they were submitted and the DVM just hasnt processed them yet. So I called the DVM to see why it was taking so long and was informed by them that my information was JUST SUBMITTED AT 9:19AM! So to end a long story shorter, she never sent them 3 months. She completely LIED to me TWICE! I ended up calling her back and telling her I know she lied, she then had to contact the Charleston Wv DMV to get me a second temp tag. Overall I wouldnt recommend them, honesty would have went a long way with me and if she was just honest that she never sent my information over we could have worked something out and Id have a better review. If you do choose to use them, hopefully you have a better experience.

You can't go wrong with having your titling and registration work done at Panhandle Tag & Title! Friendly staff, quick turnaround times for paperwork, no robot phone system to talk to. Real people doing real work with a smile!

I walked into the DMV. The first line to just check in was wrapped around the entire inside perimeter. I didn't have all day to sit there, so I found Panhandle Tag and Title online. It felt a little odd going back a country road to someone's house for title work, but Kelly was super friendly and helpful. I didn't have something I needed which meant the DMV would have sent me back home. I would have had to miss another day's work to wait in line again. Kelly helped me through that. We had the who thing wrapped up in under 30 minutes. I had my day back.
