I was unable to contact the billing office to make a payment when my bill was due. I always call them to pay, I'm not driving to their office, mailing it or setting up an automatic payment. Especially when paying by phone is an accepted method available. I've called multiple times on three different occasions to reach the office to make a payment without someone answering. I'm currently on hold right now. I've called 8 times and have been on hold for nearly 10 minutes on four of my calls... unacceptable! I've noticed that customer service has drastically declined when you prefer to actually speak with a person with many service providers. So, I'm continuing to hold (13+ minutes so far) and hopefully reach someone so I can make my payment. Please do better!
