        Called to ask for estimate and the guy who answered the phone was not professional to say the least. First impression is terrible and Ill be going somewhere else. Thanks.

        Ricky Shanholtz from R and R painting was contracted to pressure wash, scrape, caulk, prep, and paint my house. Virtually no prep work was done, and he painted over my brand new windows, concrete, and hvac unit. I find it hard to believe the prep work was done when he painted over plants growing up the side of the house and that literal trash was painted into the porch. When confronted with the issues , I was told by Ricky that "It is what it is." Don't believe me, believe the Shandoah county court where I had to sue him for damages. I'd only recommend R and R painting if you want to pay to get it done a second time and like having threatening voice mails left on your phone after you take them to court and win.
