JP'S COMPLETE HOME SERVICES

We hired John to finish our basement. It is a large basement that needed to be completely remodeled. John and his team did an outstanding job and the craftsmanship is exceptional. We added a theatre room, full bathroom, wet bar and bonus room. It was a big job that John took on without hesitation. He was professional and kept us updated during the remodel so we knew what was coming next. John and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and get the job done right. We are completely satisfied and extremely happy with the way the basement looks. Our family will be enjoying this addition to our home for years to come. We will absolutely be using him again for future projects! We cant thank you enough John!

John did several big projects for me. The first was a bathroom renovation which included removing the old tub, installing a shower with a tile wall and new fixtures, removing old vanity and installing new vanity which required some additional plumbing work. He also put a vinyl plank flooring in. It has really brightened up the bathroom. Also installed a new fan with light. He also installed a built in shelf for my shampoos. This is a really nice added feature. John and his team did an exceptional job and I am very pleased with the workmanship. The bathroom has been installed since June and I have not had any problems. The next project was vinyl plank flooring in the hallway and living room. First the old carpet had to be removed. Did a good job of cleaning up after removing the carpet. This floor makes my whole house look so much better and brighter. His attention to detail is what makes the floor look so good. All the cuts are perfect. The last project was a bedroom renovation. Consisted of removing old carpet and replacing with vinyl plank flooring. Again the floor is perfect. He also painted the walls and installed new closet doors. I was amazed at how good the paint job was because these walls had a lot of imperfections like nail holes, loose drywall and uneven spots. I am very pleased with all the work he has done for me and am already lining up some projects for him to do for me next year. I also want to mention that while all this renovation was going on my husband passed away and John was very helpful and considerate in helping me deal with it. I was glad my husband got to meet him. The room was a sun room. The roof leaked for 15 months. He never fixed it. The windows leaked the floor got soggy and bouncy. The room wasnt square. The gutter was half installed. We had to hire another to fix all the problems and complete the project. Service: Home addition construction

Please don't waste your time and money! I had my bathroom remodeled and at this time have hired another contractor to fix his mistakes! I posted pictures on Facebook and they were immediatley taken off. There are rough pieces of tile that were cut, gaps where grout should be( I was told this could cause interior water damage), uneven wall surfaces with nail holes, tile chipped which was covered with paint. In my opinion, this is not quality work and now I'm left with getting it repaired! Services: Drywall installation, Remodeling, Tile work installation
