I went to the store to ask some questions about what they do. I'm a local artist and was thinking about painting some ceramic pieces. I walked in and a girl who worked there told me they were in the middle of a private party. She did this very rudely. I asked if I could use the restroom, she rudely said No. It was clear she had no patience to deal with a possible new customer. I understand the private party, and no use of the restroom at this time. But she was extremely rude. I did go back and ask for the manager, same girl said she was the manager. I did tell her she was rude AF. Then she slammed the door. I really wanted to do business their, but it looks like they are only interested in the current customers. Too bad, I'd spend a tone of money in there. In response to your response. I have worked retail , and this is no way to treat anyone. A little respect and maybe letting us know when we could return would have been the polite thing to do. I came back to the store a second time to speak with someone, not the same rude person. At this rate you won't have a business to maintain. The girl treated me like a criminal, not a potential customer. Maybe hiring someone more mature in the future would solve this for you.

Wonderful, relaxing place to paint. And the staff are wonderful too, would recommend to everyone.
