I had a Cryotherapy and massage session with Brittany. My shoulder hurt like crazy with hardly any range of motion, after Cryotherapy I have full range of motion and no pain! Massage was very relaxing and my neck feels so much better.

Thank you SO SO much to Brittany for recommending that I try out the Dry Float Tank! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone, and especially as someone who struggles with anxiety on a daily basis AND suffers from lower back and knee pain from my Softball years, it is becoming harder and harder to find non-invasive, afforable ways to treat uncomfortable conditions. Thirty minutes in the tank was definitely not enough time, especially since it FLEW by. I was so sad to see my time was up! Not only did my brain shut up, which was extremely rare and wonderful, I felt immediate relief in my lower back and knees! Not feeling that pressure on my joints was so foreign to me after years of chronic pain that I almost couldn't place why my body felt so free and relaxed.
It was an extremely relaxing start to my weekend that lasted for days after, not to mention I had the most restful sleep I've had in months after the session. Brittany has been wonderful teaching me so many things I can do to elevate the way I take care of my body, and I see myself visting Metanoia many more times in the future!!
