        This place needs to be shut down. Did an online order and received email conformation my order would be ready at 7:34. Arrived at 7:40 and my order had not even been started and was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on my Mac and cheese. Pulled forward and waited for my food to come out which was at 8:09. I would have went inside to request a refund but the lobby is closed so the employees can lay in the booths with their feet on the table (see pics). Food was luke warm at best and after seeing what was going on inside, I tossed it out. Its sad that another family favorite has gone bad.

        The single most shockingly dystopian dining experience of my 64 year life. Still in shock. Not the poor employees fault, they were working beyond their capabilities. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
