The good: The service itself was quick, making the appointment was easy. Rose was very helpful and responsive. They communicated with me each step of the way, told me what they found and offered extra services with costs clearly shown AFTER I arrived. The bad: I have a 2021 Honda Accord. When I made the appointment online you can put your VIN and a mileage estimate and it will allow you to select the package it recommends based on that mileage, the car also tells you a letter and sometimes number combo for whats due at that time. For mine it was B, which included an oil change and a bunch of other inspections. They show you the price estimate for that, and then you can select additional optional services. You can select anything and SOME show you the price. I added a tire rotation and Cvt fluid flush. No price on the cvt part. When I get there I confirm that service is going to be done, but then I am told that service is an extra 200 on top of the estimate I was given. I asked to speak to someone, and was referred to the service manager. He listened to me, I think he initially thought I just didnt want to pay it, but overall I got the impression that listening to me complain about it was a waste of his time. I understand that he doesnt control the website or whats on it, but it wasnt a great experience. I feel like thats a huge issue that needs addressed by someone. I had zero issue paying for the services, in fact I added another service that was nearly as expensive on top.
