        I brought my 6-year-old child with a fever to the Urgent Care center at 7:45pm, I expected them to receive timely and proper care. However, I was shocked when they were turned away just 15 minutes shy of closing time under false pretenses stating they were booked, and closed in 10 minutes.

Many of our centers may fill all of their available slots for the day, resulting in the need to discontinue registration of patients earlier than normal.
