I had my taxes filed here for this current year, yes they were accepted but my refund was significantly lower due to outrageous fees. Then somehow there was a paper filed for wv taxes but I live and work in ohio.. they reassured me it was ok I didnt receive anything for it and that I didnt pay for it. Then proceeds to tell me the reason my fees were so high was due to additional papers filed dependents etc so Im going to go on a limb and say yes I was charged. Myself with one w2 one state and 3 dependents 600! Thats just the beginning of my issues with this situation. I will either file my own next year or go back to h&r for half the price!
