        I've had B&B at my home four times over the years. Without exception, they are always professional. Whether you call or book service online, they get back to you. They do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. Always punctual. Always clear communication. Excellent work. Prices are fair. And they like dogs.

        They replaced some water line, which still had a leak 2 feet from the repair. They also were supposed to seal and install fernco fittings on a corroded out vent pipe. Months later we still had a sewer smell that never went away. Had it repaired correctly and their hack job replaced. See photo of their repair
