I would give 10 starts if I could! I was assisted by Joe C. in the creating and purchasing of my mother's headstone. I could not have been more happy with the services I received. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure that the only thing I had to do was approve of everything (which I was extremely satisfied and happy with), he took care of all the paperwork and footwork that was involved. I would recommend Sears Monument Company to anyone in need of monument services and more specifically I would recommend Joe C. as the employee to ask for because he was great!

Joe Christian did wonderful job of communicating through every step of process. The finished stone with plaque we had made, met all expectations. They literally went out of the way to install stone at site. Much appreciated all the effort. Would recommend company to all.

We had obtained the original double marker for my parents from M-S Monument when our father passed away in 2018. At that time we also had our mother's birth date put on the marker. When she passed in Nov 2021, somehow her "date of death" plate was purchased through her cemetery. After 9 months & no plate on her marker, I contacted the cemetery and got every excuse possible as to why it wasn't placed. Taking the route of contacting our WV State Attorney General got things moving. After much correspondence and 6 months later our AG was able to get us a refund for her plate. With the help of Joe Christian @ M-S, we were able to get the plate in less than 6 weeks & he also installed it for us. He was wonderful to work with! He is not only kind and compassionate, but was also determined to get results for us. Thank you SO much, Joe; you're the best! Marsha Blain & Lea Burton

We want to thank Mc-Colm-Sears CO. (Joe Christian) for one of the most beautiful monuments. Our hearts are filled with such gratitude and thankfulness. We feel so blessed that they went above and beyond and did the most amazing job on our monument for us. We recommend them to anyone that has to go through this. The moment you walk in the door they are there to help you through one of the most difficult times and guide you. Thank you Joe for showing us the light at the end of the tunnel.
