We've been insured with them for almost 8 years. Never had a problem before. At this point, if you try to get a hold of your agent or get help from anyone in the office, good luck. They are not in the office, don't answer their phones, or don't return calls. This is for something minor. I'm starting to wonder if there was an actual emergency or a claim needs filed, would they be there for you. My gut feeling is saying no. It may be time to change agencies. No, I know it's time to change agencies! I'm getting quotes at this point from others.

Searching for a special policy is hard on its own. We're still working through the details. But I called every agency in Huntington and Dave at Main street/Adkins and son has been amazing to work with. I hope we continue to work with him and become a long lasting customer. Thank you so much Dave. Sometimes you go through life dealing with mediocre work ethic everywhere you go. This is not the case here.

The team at Main Street has always helped me with all of my insurance needs. They are dedicated to providing personal service. Any time I have needed to talk to my agent, they have always been available. I would recommend Main Street to anyone who is shopping for insurance.
