        Everybody at my local store were very unprofessional and even went so far to threaten my mother because I was two payments behind so I ended my business with them returned all my things and changed to Arron's where I feel like I am appreciated and actually cared for.

        Very happy with the customer service I've received. Had an issue at delivery but the manger was on top of it and resolved the issue in a timely manner.

        Kind of a predatory company. I know someone who has a couple things and has paid almost 3/4 of their payments and fell on some hard times. Now they threaten to sue for being a couple weeks late even though they could've bought the items twice now for what they've paid so far, and they don't show compassion or empathy.
