It's such an excellent dental office, but as of 1/1/2024, they do not take WV Medicaid or AETNA WV as insurance.

I want to say that both dentists are very easy to talk to and so is the office staff. I have a front crown that has came off a couple times and although it has been frustrating for me, the staff has been very patient with me and made every effort to repair the crown. They are all a top knotch crew. Dr Robertson has been very honest and let me know every step along the way to prepare to repair my tooth.

The doc explained the procedures thoroughly and professionally, and performed them successfully and it corrected the problem. The office staff was a joy. They are courteous, and accommodating. I was surprised they treated me so well..I suspect it had something to do with their wonderful cancellation waiting list, which I can confirm is real. so whoever the gentleman whose spot I took they must have confused me for him lol. Would recommend to anyone within a 20 mile radius!
