    Do NOT hire this company to perform your cleaning/sanitation needs and most definitely DO NOT apply for a job here. Disclaimer: I was an extremely reliable employee for this company in Huntington, WV. for over 2 years. In that time, I came to work every single day and NEVER called off work one single time. My review is my honest experience and knowledge of this company. Long story short, the President (Julie Savage) and Operations Manager (Sue Dostal) are two people who are extremely unprofessional and should NEVER be allowed to be in any sort of administration of any company. On more than one occasion, I seen them with my own eyes literally make up drama between workers and try to cause them to feud. I have NEVER seen anything like it in my life! If things were going well and smooth, they would have to start drama. I swear to God that is the truth and I witnessed it myself on more than once occasion.They had their “favorite” employees who consistently would get promotions, raises and time off work without asking in advance. An example of this is, on more than one occasion a particular employee was caught via security camera footage of laying on the couch and sleeping at a Dentist’s office when they were supposed to be working. He never got in any trouble. A few months later, another employee kinda did the same thing at another building and got fired immediately. When I started working for this company, I absolutely loved it. All of the supervisors and co-workers got along great and I believed that the supervisors actually cared about the customers and employees. I quickly learned that was not the case. I worked every single day throughout the pandemic. I never complained nor did I ever call off work. We were given a pay raise “essential worker pay,” that was given to the company via the government, for about one month. The supervisors quickly docked our pay back down to $9.25 an hour and started making us do extra work for the same pay rate. Never ONCE thanking us for working through the pandemic, while a few other employees took advantage of the “take off work and still get paid” that was going on during the early months of the pandemic. It actually seemed like we were being punished because the President and Operations Manager would randomly come up with fake complaints against the employees who stuck with them and made them work harder with absolutely no incentive. I knew the complaints were fake because on more than one occasion, I asked the customer themselves if there was anything wrong with my service and if they’d like anything extra in which they replied that my service was impeccable and there was absolutely nothing wrong. I was never offered a pay raise from my $9.75 an hour, a promotion, or any incentive what so ever, even though I was there for more than 2 years, never missed a day, and LITERALLY did EVERY SINGLE THING that they ever asked me to do for them and worked every single day throughout the pandemic. The administration of this company needs to be investigated and changed immediately. It’s amazing the company is still open.

    Our office is lucky to have service master. They are always on it, if you call with an issue they are quick to respond and rectify any issue. There was a situation recently where something was in our carpet in an office and they worked tirelessly trying different things until the issue was resolved. Would recommend them for any business.

    I've always heard that this place was great but I think they dropped the ball today. I called on Saturday to schedule a quote for a cleaning and they said someone would call at 9am on Monday. So I took the day off to meet with them. By the time it got to 10am on Monday, I called and checked in. She told me someone will call me shortly to schedule a time to meet. A very nice lady called and said she'd call when she was on her way, she was having car trouble. When it got to 1:30 I called and checked in again and they said maybe someone can call me in the next hour to schedule what time they'll be there today. By the time it got 2:30 and I didn't hear anything I cancelled. I just couldn't wait any longer. If you can't have someone call in a timely manner and not show up in a timely manner, I didn't have high hopes they would show up every day on time either. I hate that this happened but hopefully they'll figure out the kinks and fix the staffing issues.
