Poor customer service ! Went to the drive through the male employee was completely rude even going as far as turning off the monitor while talking to him. After a few mins waiting he looks back over and turns it on just to say "do you need something"

I received exceptional, friendly, proficient service at BCT Bank in Hedgesville! Navneet was a ray of sunshine on an extremely rainy day and greeted me as I entered the lobby. Then Amber took care of multiple banking needs for me, with immediate results, as she communicated. In the meantime, I witnessed Harrison at his desk helping customers. Bonus: I was able to contribute to Horses With Hearts while banking. The total experience and vibe was wonderful! Thank you.
