My mom was sent her because she fell and broke her pelvis for rehabilitation. This place has the most horrible odor. My mom hardly gets any help from the staff. I am trying to get her transferred. They are so short staffed. The state needs to do something about this. They let patients lay there for long periods of time without help.

Avoid this facility at all cost. I wouldnt want my worst enemy to be treated by this facility. The social worker Katherine and some of the physical therapy staff seem okay. The nursing staff is another story. Its been nothing but misery. Didnt discharge with insulin on a Saturday discharge. Had to go back to get it. They didnt include the applicator tips so couldnt administer the insulin. Told us to get it over the counter, they dont sell those things over the counter. We cobbled together needles to keep my FIL until we could get his refills. Went to the pharmacy for refills, its Wednesday and they hadnt even called them in. Saturday discharge and had to call today a Wednesday to tell them to call his prescriptions in. Just an absolute joke. The food was also atrocious.
