Domino's Pizza

If no stars was an option then I would be clicking on that. I ordered 3 pizzas for pick up. The website said it would be ready in 37 minutes. The pizza took over an hour and 10 minutes to make! When I asked the manager why it was taking so long then she got nasty with me saying that she was just now putting it into the oven then hung up on me. Her name is Fawn and she works at the follansbee location. She has no right to be manager when she can't even manage to speak properly to customers.

Lucky us! We received (not the first time!) a half-raw pizza! Frankly, I'm tired of complaining ... this store needs someone to do some training and quality control.

Ordered 2 large pizzas with pepperoni. Received 2 large pizzas with no pepperoni or sauce!!!

Good pizza at a good price. I really like their sandwiches, especially the chicken and italian subs. I don't know why they don't deliver as I only live about 15 minutes from the store

Ordered for pickup. Was told 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and was told to come back in another 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later and was told that they were extremely busy. I have been waiting for over an hour at this point. I saw 5 employees (3 of which were standing around) and zero customers. They told me to come back in another 10 minutes. I refused to leave without an explanation and was told that my pizza wasnt even in the oven yet because they were out of mushrooms... they didnt call to tell me or tell me the first time that I was there. I asked for a refund and was given an attitude. I will never be back.
