Awful doctors office and staff dont know what they are doing had to ask about my prescription and the staff didn't know how to do it I been going to this doc since 2016 but since all the old staff retired it's gone down hill the staff needs more training work done and cause I need my medication they cancel me as a patient I didnt even go there for a year just the gi doctors they asked me too

Dr. Mascio, and his entire staff are absolutely top notch. I have been seeing him for a few years now and I have never felt more comfortable with a PCP. His staff is phenomenal as well. Amber always takes great care of me, Shannon is awesome and the other ladies are exceptional too (I can't remember all their names ). Heather is by far the best blood draw experience I have had in my adult life. I am a hard stick, and have a stupid amount of anxiety when it comes to blood work. She nailed it on the first try and I didn't even bruise. That girl is a rockstar. They are ALL deserving of recognition. I can't tell you how many times I have been in the waiting room and listened to them get belittled, yelled at and just generally have to deal with terrible people every single day. So if anyone has anything negative to say about anyone at this facility, maybe you should be reviewing yourself instead because it simply is not true. So thankful to have this medical team in my life.
