Dealing with Frontier is always a pain. Finding someone that really helps and speaks clear English is always difficult. Finding someone that gives you accurate and complete information is about impossible. Billing language always seems to be changing so that you are never really clear on what the charges on the bill really mean. The person on the other end spends more time telling you to wait than to really getting you accurate and clear answers to your questions. And if you show any discontent with them or their practices - they get all huffy with you - making you feel like the bad guy. I'm really tired of Frontier.

Outages all the time, getting less than 20 percent of what we pay for. Low speed, can't have more than 1 device on the internet even if they are all wired connections. Tech support and customer service is awful. Stay away if you can. Stay far far away. Being stranded on an island with nothing would be more fun than dealing with this company.

There should be a zero star option.
I've been contacting them for well over a month with internet issue. 3 phone calls later, a new modem, a tech appt that never showed, and another tech appt over 2 weeks away. Yet they want to give me a $20 credit. That leaves me playing quite a bit for service I never had.
I'm contacting the FCC. More people need to and maybe they would start taking notice of the customer
