From the time I reached out to Jessica until the end of the process, she was an amazing help. She made the process so smooth for us. She was always responsive and kept us in the loop with everything. My children just adore her and ALL her snacks and they are 100% convinced she lives in the model home. hahha. We have been in the neighboorhood for almost two weeks and everything has been wonderful thus far!

My experience with the people at Dan Ryan Builders for the last 5 months has been just wonderful. They made the whole process very smooth and pleasant. Things in life rarely go exactly as planned but this came pretty close! Mike and Jennifer were so helpful during the build process addressing all my questions and concerns promptly and professionally. I honestly dont know how they do it since they have so many customers. They definitely put in the hours but still always have a smile on their faces. If you even think you may want to build, I strongly recommend coming to talk with them at the DRB office on Eastview Way. You may find that you want to stay! Now I am enjoying my new home and hope to be here for many years to come! The homes, views and people are fantastic! Thank you DRB!

Jessica is great! She was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Also Mike, the project manager, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our new build and land slope. We love our new home! We appreciated how personable the process was.
