Huntington Bank

If you're sticking to simple checking and savings accounts, they're fine. Just don't try to do anything more complex there - been through half a dozen visits and phone calls trying to straighten out a trust account. Had an appointment for today, and the person I was to meet with did not show up in the building til 15 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, and hadn't gotten the papers ready as she said she would. Said it would take half an hour to do, and I just didn't have more time I could take off of work today. Supposedly, she's going to get the papers ready for tomorrow so I can swing by and sign what I need to sign, but this is probably the last time I use Huntington Bank for anything new.

Great bank and super friendly staff! I recommend everyone to open an account with this bank. I spoke with Ms. Edwards, she helped solve most of my problems. I give it a solid A plus!

I set up an account with this bank and transferred most of my money into it. I used the app to deposit a check (1st time worked great!) I attempted depositing another, larger check....Huntington froze my account for over 4 weeks, bot allowing access to any of MY money. for over 4 weeks I couldn't buy groceries for my family or gas to get to work! Luckily I have good friends to help me out.
