        The prices are extremely high for water here. They lie about things, and I just generally distrust them.

        Not a customer friendly company. There is no secure payment option unless showing up in person. Very expensive for water bills and I've seen visibly dirty water several times this year alone from water breaks. Never seen a single credit.. Also was told not to worry about boiling water once, during a boil advisory.
