        The staff was friendly, the environment sterile but they are painstakingly slow. I had a drug test, the link expired before I could drive to Elkins and get seen. Then my employer sent me a new link and I got sent to the back of the queue. I'm sitting here coming up to an hour and a half just for a urine analysis.
