My husband and I never received any paperwork about our taxes. Hes been getting extensions instead of taking care of our taxes. I found out that not only has he not been filing our taxes but the IRS didnt know we were married they didnt know anything about my husband and I. There have been no joint returns. We have not received one stimulus check. This man needs to have his license taken and put out of business for ripping people off. Good honest hard working people.

C & G Tax Services has provided very good service over many years. Then in the last several years although they had all tax materials by the middle of February they stated that they had filed for an extension with no reason given for the delay. It wasn't until the end of May that the completed tax results were known. Then with the same performance in 2019, the State of West Virginia Tax Office found a problem with the tax form C & G turned in. C & G refused over a period of 6 months to repair the error even though the tax service was paid for promptly at the request of C & G. Finally, after penalties had piled up, I went to another tax service and cleared the matter paying now twice for the same service. I cannot imagine a reason for such unconscionable service. If C & G Tax Services had wanted me to go elsewhere they should have said so. I earlier found a review where one of C & G Tax Services clients had claimed that C & G refused to return a standard form. I just could not understand such a complaint. Now I'm better informed!
