        We have found ourselves in need of a rental car many times over the past few years. Matt Tye at the Elkins office is the best! His customer service is on point, his communication is exceptional and overall makes the experience as smooth as possible. 5 stars!!!

        Unfortunately have had to use their services 4 or 5 times in less than a year (bad streak with personal vehicles) but they're always super nice and friendly when we come in to pick up or drop off. I've joked with the employees that we're going to be best friends at this rate with our luck. They're quick and professional; get you in and out in a snap.
