Minard's Spaghetti Inn

It's really sad when a once great restaurant falls, but it seems the Minard's of the past is no more. My husband and I recently stopped for dinner and were happy to notice the restaurant was running a special seafood buffet for Good Friday. Unfortunately, it was extremely poorly executed. Other than the peel and eat shrimp (which was still half frozen) every single item was fried and most likely came to the restaurant that way (think Sysco Foods). Nothing fresh, nothing made in house... all simply dumped into a fryer and placed on the buffet. No extra effort was made by the staff. Service was adequate, but considering the meal was self serve it didn't take much effort either.

We got the spaghetti! It was great. You can ask for marinara or meat sauce. Meatballs were wonderful.

Food was as amazing as always! The live music made it even more special !

I love their lasagna. The staff was great. They had some live entertainment that was too loud to facilitate conversation.
