I made two attempts within 3-4 days to get an appointment setup for a roof estimate. Apparently this was too difficult for them to handle. If they can't figure this out, how can you trust them to repair your roof?? Couldn't be bothered with their nonsense. There are other contractors out there.

On Jan 2nd I called to request someone come to fix a leak around a window that was pouring in and damaging my window and carpet. At 1030am I Spoke with a lady that said someone would call me that day, at 415pm no response. So I Called back said someone would call within 24 hours. On Jan 11 i called back lady apologized said she would have someone call me. Im still waiting for that phone call. This company doesnt return phone calls. Do not waste your time.

Aspen replaced my metal roof, but a piece of the flashing came loose. On November 11th, I texted the Sales Rep (Gary) and sent him a photo. He said hed get someone out to fix it. On January 5th, I sent Gary a text reminding him of the loose flashing. He texted back apologizing and said hed find out what happened to the Service Ticket and get back with me. On January 23rd and 25th, I texted Gary to see what he found out concerning the Service Ticket, but he never responded. So, I called the office and spoke with a lady and explained the situation. She apologized and said shed take down my information and have someone follow back up with me. Its now April 2nd and still no one has contacted me. At this point, I definitely could not recommend this company to anyone. Services: Roof installation, Roof repair, Gutter repairs, Gutter installation, Roof repair for storm & wind damage
