In the beginning, it was great. However, they told me they would assign a psychiatrist for me, never happened, instead, they sent me a list of psychiatrist around the area almost two years later. Within the first year, I ended up falling through the cracks for about a year and half with no contact from them but still receiving my medication. I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office including my doctor. Disappointed but I do not know where else to go.

Tells you they called in your medications and dont. Ive been going through withdraw for the past two weeks trying to get my meds and no one has helped. I called multiple times during office hours and either get sent to an answering service that doesnt help at all, or I get hung up on. Then they will push back appointments the. When they change your appointment date they dont confirm or call to remind you about the appointment.

Had an appointment with a psychiatrist and they were 3 hours late. As someone with anxiety, I couldn't bring myself to say anything and I didn't want to leave and have to wait awhile for a new appointment. Doctors weren't easy to speak with and tried to diagnose me with BPD when I gave her no indication of having it. Never went back and don't ever plan to.

I went for a consult and spent three hours talking about aspects of my childhood that I don't ever talk about. I was referred by my family doctor due to having strong suicide ideation at the time. At the beginning of my visit I stated the reason I was there was I believed I needed to see a specialist that worked with survivors of childhood abuse. The entire visit the doctor kept saying everything was okay. They would be able to help and they had a lot of doctors there and they could also refer me to someone in the community. I answered every question honestly out of sheer desperation needing medical help. At the end of the appointment another doctor came in to tell me they could not provide me any assistance and he didn't know anyone in the community to refer me to, making sure to add he knows just about every provider in WV. The help they gave me was to take over filling the prescription that my family doctor was already prescribing. Very, very traumatizing. I really wouldn't suggest anyone go here if you are in need of any sort of mental health help. What I went through that day was very cruel.
