Dr. Gambrah was lovely. He listened to my concerns, offered referrals, and had good manner. He was intelligent, caring, and responsive. One of the best PCP visits Ive ever had.

I am an established patient of Dr Tina Ngoc Tran Lys. I have been going there for the past 5 months. I can say that she is VERY caring and diligent of my health risks and concerns. The most impressive example I have is this: My blood pressure has been running high since Ive had covid. On my first visit to see her she sent me to the ER due to my BP being 190/112. I was placed on Lisinopril well, I complained of my kidneys hurting to her and she right away did blood work that indicated the medication was the issue. I saw that she had left me a message to stop taking it and prescribed a different medication on the MyHealth portal around 1AM!!! I was impressed that she was up working on it so late. I feel cared about by my PCP. I cant speak on any of the other Drs at that office but Tina Ly is TOP NOTCH and if she is taking new patients I absolutely recommend her.

Wow!! So I went to Thomas Health Physicians based on a recommendation. I was not feeling well. I checked in with my drivers license and health insurance cards. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and saw a doctor for less than 10 minutes. He took my vitals and told me to go get tested for Covid. I left the clinic and bought a Covid test and tested positive. This was in April. In June I got a bill for over $400. I called and spent about an hour on the phone with someone who told me that my insurance was never included. He took my insurance information again and in July I received another bill for $229. I called to see why the bill was still so high. I just got off the phone with a woman who told me that was the price of an office visit!!!! I said an office visit is over $400 at that facility and is still $229 with my insurance??? She said yes I told her I have never in my life heard of an office visit being over $400!!!! She said that is what an office visit is at Thomas Health! I spent less that 10 minutes with him, he took my vitals and then nothing. After spending over $400 on an office visit I still had to go to Kroger and spend $18 on a Covid test!! DO NOT go to this facility!!!! Its a joke!!!

Dr Lewis is a great doctor. Been with him for several years. Would recommend him highly. The office staff is very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was with Thomas billing department. Wouldn't discuss the matter with me or my insurance company until the 4th call. Said it was for an outpatient charge but end up being a for a vaccine and they invoiced the wrong insurance company. Dealing with Thomas was an absolute nightmare. Ashton billing department was not the problem.
