They have a job to do for CAMC, and they do it well. They collect medical bills, and that's ok. Unlike the city they wont tow your car. And unlike AEP they wont shut off your electricity. And unlike the county sheriff tax department they wont sell your house at auction. So I guess they are pretty fair to deal with. Stay healthy !

They try to steal information in order to satisfy their customer. They use local phone numbers to contact people in dispute and during work hours. They dont tell you why they are trying to steal your personal information till you verify what they want. They take advantage of the law to make money.

These people are some of the nastiest humans you'll ever encounter. Even if you aren't in bad debt collections and simply a customer they are managing large healthcare bills for you will be treated like you're less than trash. No matter how kind you are to them they will act like you're their worst enemy.
