I would give 0 if it let me, company doesn't know how to return phone calls. Was told by their employee backnin November when my AC finally got fixed (through a warranty company) that because of the temps outside he probably had my freon slightly low; get ahold of him in the spring and he would come back. Well he no longer works for them and i try to contact them to work it out but no one answers nor returns the call like my message asked.

ZERO stars (if it was an option) DO NOT USE THIS FAKE company!!!!!! Estimator came over, great guy.....then, it all went down hill. Owner: MIchael Adkins stated he would arrive the next morning, 3 hrs after the scheduled time, 2 workers arrived, no apologies, and tried to put a dimmer switch in. They had no clue what they were doing. After trying time and time again, they quit and apologized for not being certified guys leaving with "Michael will fix this" Michael then stated, after a missed appointment he had a "domestic issue" he was dealing with. We once again asked when he would fix the dimmer switch his Uncertified guys started and Michael said he would take care of free of charge...... My wife then called him, while I was out for military duties, and Michael assured and promised he would show up at the next morning....LIES!!! Once again, Micheal no shows and does not call to apologize. After calling several times to the only one who responds in the company, Brad (estimator), he stated he cannot find him either. Sure Michael has been consuming liquid courage all day because at 2000 he decides to text "stop harassing my employees." What nerve this guy has and completely disrespects his employees, (by now losing them business), disrespects anyone in the Military (knew we were both retired and still serving), and disrespects my family and our 8+hrs we spent waiting for him with missed appointments. Nothing will be done to justify this situation and I'm sure we will never get an apology from this coward. Way to lead by example Michael Again, DO NOT USE THIS Company!!!! Service: Installation
