Joseph Spank is a good man, and there were some things I misinterpreted. That being said, I can't help but feel that he could've done more in my cases such as filing a civil suit. I would, however, recommend him should the need arises. He fought passionately and was approachable. It's not his fault West Virginia is as corrupt as it is although I think he could've tried harder to make them pay.

Would definitely recommend Joseph Spano for your probate needs. He took a great deal of time listening to and answering my many questions concerning my sisters estate. I am eternally thankful for the knowledge and expertise he brought to the table.

Alan handled my case so well, I thought I would never get to see my children again, because of my past decisions. I am now 3 years sober and he got my children back. Definitely love this law firm. They always answer when you call, or email and are business in court. I highly recommend them.
