        If you shop this store ask for Summer. She is a very knowledgeable sales lady and she takes the time to explain everything to you. She is excellent! She didnt receive commission on my sale and she still took time to explain everything and helped me with my phone. To me thats excellent service! It wasnt about commission it was about the customer. That doesnt happen often in retail these days. If you want great service ask for Summer.

        They arent helpful at all and didnt give me the right totals and gave me the run around. If you like Sprint I suggest Cross Lanes WV store. Even with me getting bad service at South Charleston the Cross Lanes is stepped in to help. The assistant manager is no help at all
