        It’s a horrible utility company.we mailed our payment four days before due date. The mail took for ever to get there and they won’t credit us the late fees. The cashed the check the same day they sent out a disconnect notice they do not even try to work with you.

        Not reliable. The water is constantly going out when the power goes out. The generator isn’t being used. Why??

        I am a new resident and just moved in to Charles Town today. I registered my account on Friday 1-31-2020 at 11am. The clerk told me a tech will be on site to turn on my water between 1 to 5pm. It is 7pm now and I still don't have water. Looks like I'll have to wait till Monday now...
