        When a propane company charged me a tank rental fee when they had told me they did not do that, I followed the contract, gave them verbal then written notice that I was terminating the contract. That was in May 2023. After multiple phone calls and letters asking them to remove their propane tank from my yard, six (6) months had elapsed, and the tank had not been removed. I contacted Skinner Law Firm and Stephen Skinner helped me understand my legal rights and my options: Whether or not I now owned the tank or if I had to have it disconnected and shifted into my yard so that a new tank from another company could be installed and used with cold weather already here. This might not seem especially important but with night temperatures in the 20s, having heat and staying warm was very important to me and Stephen Skinner understood this priority. Thank you Stephen Skinner!
