During my stay at Motel 6, I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfortable amenities, and friendly staff. The room was cozy and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of travel. The convenient location and affordable rates made it an excellent choice for my trip. Construction type noises started in the room above us at 4 am. With no construction going on at the time? We were told sorry but there's no one above you. They were either robbed blind that morning or lied to our faces. We were driving thru because I'm a Cancer patient at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York but I am a current resident in Mobile Alabamas Gulf Coast area. I had just had my retroperitoneal reconstruction surgery (They dissected me like a frog in a high-school science lab) and needed rest, badly. Long story short got nothing I needed at all and left very restless and in very much pain. They didn't not care to come or even check on the the problem. I'd only recommend this as a last resort option for anyone traveling thru the area, If you can stay awake or drive alittle longer, get out of there and go further down the road!

Worst motel Ive ever stayed at. Worst customer service of any business Ive dealt with! This is a nasty, dirty dump and the staff is worthless! Be carful the staff here is dirty. Do not stay at this dump or you will be sorry!!!

Found feces or menstrual blood under toilet seat. Showed staff. They didn't offer discount or different room. Sent complaint to corporate regarding disgusting room. Got a strong-arm email from hotel staff indicating I could be charged additional cleaning fees. Housekeeping stated the room was cleaned. You be the judge. I will never stay at another Motel 6. Future guests please be advised. Heed the complaints!
