Had brand new tires installed for my Subaru, something immediately felt off as I was driving home. I went back in as soon as I could and asked for an alignment and was quoted an outrageous $120 (most shops charge between $60-$80). I said I would like the tires to be looked at since this was the shop that installed them, found out that they had been installed with the incorrect wheel weights. They were nice enough not to charge me for the service, but did little to acknowledge the screw up and would have been happy enough I'm sure, to charge me the $120 and let me drive away had I not insisted that they take a second look at their own work.

Wally and his crew at ZZ Auto are amazing!! When 7 other shops said it couldn’t be done, Wally and his guys said we can do it. I got a hitch for my BMW X1, It is beautiful! I have used ZZ Auto before for other jobs and will be back. Family owned business I will always support! Thanks guys!

Had to get a tow from this company after breaking down in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Our driver was great. He was friendly, kind, and helpful. Someone who truly understands your frustration and meets it with kindness and patience goes a long way, and we will remember him for a long time to come.
