        Quoted 2.5 to 3 hours for labor, job took 2 hours and then was charged 3.5 hours for labor because this is the book time. Why give a ranged quote on labor if you have a predetermined time youre going to charge for the job? Also why not mention beforehand labor is charged by the book, not by how long the job actually takes. This seems to mislead customers on purpose. Desk Lady also has no kind bone in her body, she was not necessarily disrespectful but has no care for a customers concerns. You can see their replies to other poor reviews that they are never accountable for poor practice. Im sure Ill get the this is not accurate or theres two sides to every story reply as well. No problem with their actual work so far, but theyre shady with pricing and often slip something else into your bill you didnt ask or be told that it needed to be done.
