Mountain Craft Wide Plank

Response is great, very attentive to the customers request. We have purchased both unfinished countertops and hardwood flooring from them thus far and been satisfied with both. The prices are competitive, the timing or scheduling was good. We also had some custom milling done on some wood harvested from homeowners property. That went very well too. Thomas takes good care of us, he is pretty straight forward with scheduling and owns up to any hiccups that might happen on their end, then problem solves quite well to take care of them. He is a great communicator, and does not leave you feeling abandoned. I wish they were a little closer to Washington, PA but its worth the drive.

Thomas was completely "on" whenever we needed information. He even went as far as sending examples of stain for our pine trim to go with our oak flooring. Our 4" and 5" flooring is beautiful and completes our house.

My husband and I have finally had the opportunity to build the home of our dreams on our family farm. We decided that we wanted to harvest logs off of our farm and turn them into the flooring in our new home. My husband & 3 sons along with the help and of my dad and consultation from my Poppy Sam cut the logs and hauled them to Mountain Craft Wide Plank where the owner, Matt Thorn, was able to assist us from start to finish. Mr Thorn and his employees made this process a one of a kind customized experience that will forever be part of our familys home and history. The quality of the flooring and customer service is by far some of the best we have ever received. Not only did we get high quality flooring at an affordable price, we were able to support a local Preston County business. We would recommend this process and company above any other hardwood flooring company in the United States. What pride we take knowing that our floors came from logs on our family farm and it gives our home an extra special touch and details the hard work and dedication my husband and sons put forth to making it such a special time and process.
